On-campus: Conference Lodge and UniLodge
Invited participants are highly recommended to stay on-campus, in particular the Conference Lodge,
a hospitality facility located just a few steps away from IAS building.

The Conference Lodge and the UniLodge are short-term on-campus accommodation for guests and visitors. |

Different types of rooms, i.e. single, double, twin, studio and accessible, are available at the Conference Lodge. Single and twin rooms are available at the UniLodge. |

Special rates for IAS program participants ranging from HK$700/night to HK$800/night. |

Daily room cleaning service is provided. |

Complimentary breakfast is served. |
Reservations must be made through IAS and the Program Secretary will contact invited participants of the Program in due
course for booking. Due to limited availability of on-campus accommodation, in some circumstances guests may be requested
to stay off-campus. For enquiries, please contact us.
Important notice to guests staying at the UniLodge:
Front desk and check-in services are only available at the UniLodge
between 11:00 - 20:00 HKT. For check-in
outside this period, you can either

Ask the taxi driver to stop by the Conference Lodge to check-in and pick up the room key first, and go to the UniLodge by taxi afterwards (preferred option). |

After reaching UniLodge, call the front desk of the Conference Lodge at +852 3701 8888 and a staff will go there to help you in around 15 minutes. |
In case you need any help at the UniLodge outside the above service period, please call +852 3701 8888 and staff at the Conference Lodge will provide assistance for you. Please refer to our campus map for the locations of the UniLodge
