Invited participants are highly recommended to stay on-campus, in particular the
Conference Lodge,
a hospitality facility located just a few steps away from IAS building.

The Conference Lodge and the UniLodge are short-term on-campus accommodation for guests and visitors. |

Different types of rooms, i.e. single, double, twin, studio and accessible, are available at the Conference Lodge. Single and twin rooms are available at the UniLodge. |

Room rates vary from HK$750/night to HK$1,500/night. Special rates for IAS program participants range from HK$700/night to HK$800/night. |

Daily room cleaning service is provided. |

Complimentary breakfast is served. |
Reservations must be made through IAS and the Program Secretary will contact invited participants of the Program in due
course for booking. Due to limited availability of on-campus accommodation, in some circumstances guests may be requested
