White Papers (New)

Dear HKUST IAS Program and Conference Participants,

We would like to invite you to submit articles to be published in the frame of IAS Program on High Energy Physics. Similarly to the last year, this year’s papers will be published by World Scientific in dedicated issues of the International Journal of Modern Physics A. For the last year’s results, please see IJMP A v30, n32, August 2015.

Contrary to the last year, this year we expect three separate editions, dedicated to the program tracks:

- Accelerator (conveners: Qing Qin qinq@ihep.ac.cn, Jie Gao gaoj@ihep.ac.cn);
- Theory (conveners: Shufang Su shufang@email.arizona.edu, Matthew Reece mreece@physics.harvard.edu)
- Detector/Experiment (conveners John Hauptman hauptman@fnal.gov, Marcel Stanitzki marcel.stanitzki@desy.de)

Interested participants are encouraged to submit contributions ranging from their presentation write ups (3 pages and more) to independent paper without page limit. Papers which did not contribute a presentation can also be accepted as long as they match the topic(s) of the conference.

- To estimate the number of contributions and overall page limit we kindly ask you to submit the title and expected number of pages of your contribution by the end of this week: January 24 2016.
- The corresponding abstracts should be submitted by the end of this month: January 31 2016.
- The deadline for draft submissions is currently set to March 31 2016.
- A cross-review process of collected contributions will be organized in April 2016.

Please prepare your material using the standard World Scientific LaTeX template: http://www.worldscientific.com/page/ijmpa/stylefiles-readme-2e.

All material should be submitted at the same time to the corresponding track conveners listed above and to the conference white papers editors Kirill Prokofiev (kprok@ust.hk) and Luis Flores Castillo (Luis.Flores.Castillo@cern.ch).

Best Regards,

The Organisers and White Papers Editors
